About Us
My name is Scott Giles. Together with my wife Christiana, we turned our dream of being business owners into a reality through experience, hard work and determination. Today we are the proud owners of Water Heater Pro!
My interest into plumbing started at a young age. I spent summers looking over my “pawpaw’s” shoulder at just 8 years old. Plumbing was a family trade and I followed in the same footsteps, starting an apprenticeship in 1999 with Southern Air in my home state, Virginia. In 2004, I received a master’s plumbing license in Virginia. For the past 17 years, I have been working as a service plumber throughout Florida and am a certified plumbing contractor with the State of Florida.
